The Axis Camera Station provides recording, playback and live viewing support for up to 50 video inputs from Axis network cameras and video servers. Both the recording server and remote client applications run on Microsoft Windows 2000, Windows XP Professional and Windows Vista for Business. The system supports both local and remote viewing over a LAN through installed client software and Web browser access.
